Egg Mayonnaise and Cress Sandwich

2 eggs
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
4 slices of bread
1 bunch of watercress
salt
pepper

Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes.  Place in cold water to cool.  Peel shells off and place egg in bowl.  Break the egg up with a spoon.  Add the mayonnaise and stir until coated.  Spread the mixture on a slice of toasted bread.  Top with torn leaves of watercress, and place another piece of toasted bread on top.

this is the best sandwich anyone could ever think of but if you eat it, the taste will just get lost BECAUSE YOU MADE IT TASTE BAD!!!!!
